1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 3patii ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services, products, games, and features available at 3patii. By accessing the 3patii website, completing the account registration process, or using any service offered by the Platform — including casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer tables, and payment functions — you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using 3patii.

These Terms are to be read alongside the 3patii Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 3patii. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of 3patii is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 3patii enforces a strict 18+ policy across all services and products. It is a serious violation of these Terms for any person under 18 to access, register for, or use any part of the 3patii platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any commercial entity for business purposes.
• You are not a politically exposed person or acting on behalf of one in relation to any financial transaction on the platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Your use of 3patii does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction.

3patii reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated on an account that is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 3patii. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether using different names, email addresses, Pakistani mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
• Not misrepresent your identity or provide false identification documents.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• Notify 3patii immediately via support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

3patii will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must not share your 3patii login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 3patii are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 3patii may add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with or without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• 3patii reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include government-issued identification and proof of address or payment method ownership.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. 3patii aims to process approved withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
• 3patii reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

5. Bonus and Promotional Offers

3patii may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives to registered members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses), expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the bonus terms.
• 3patii reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation.
• Bonuses obtained through inaccurate information, multiple accounts, or any form of manipulation will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6. Casino Games and Sports Betting Rules

All casino games available on 3patii — including but not limited to slots, live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti), and crash games (Rise of Apollo, Limbo) — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics as applicable. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket betting covering PSL, T20 International, Test, and ODI markets:

• All bets are subject to the sports betting rules applicable at the time the bet is placed.
• 3patii reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is clear evidence of match manipulation, data error, or system malfunction.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. A confirmed bet reference number constitutes acceptance of the stated odds.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to additional rules governing bet acceptance latency and the handling of delayed data feeds.
• 3patii will not be liable for any losses arising from system errors, data feed failures, or connectivity issues on the part of the user.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3patii and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using the platform to access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to the material disadvantage of 3patii.

3patii reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation, including the disclosure of account information and transaction data.

8. Responsible Gaming

3patii is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all users. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible free of charge from every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps configurable from account settings.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications after a user-defined play duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders showing cumulative session duration and wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or indefinite exclusion from all 3patii services, enforceable immediately upon activation.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

3patii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable unclaimed funds procedures.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 3patii support. Pending bets will be settled according to standard rules before closure is finalised. Any remaining balance at time of closure will be returned to your registered PKR payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session continuity, or losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.

3patii does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of services. 3patii will not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on 3patii — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data structures — is the property of 3patii or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 3patii content without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your use of 3patii is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using 3patii, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please read that document carefully alongside these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

3patii reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 3patii following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 3patii platform. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of 3patii, you agree to first attempt resolution through 3patii's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by 3patii's governing legal framework.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
